Every athlete needs to be physically and mentally ready before the start of the season.

 

Ice specializes in conditioning athletes of various sports. Preparation is VITAL!

 1 on 1 TRAINING

1 on 1 training session are designed to fulfill your personal goals as an athlete. Your one hour session will include a mixture of drills or an area of focus.  Our 1 on 1 training sessions can also be customized to your needs and preferences.
