About Me
Bobby Isom
Bobby Isom aka "ICE" is a former Erskine College basketball player and Business Graduate. Bobby has coached at both Northwestern and Rock Hill High School in Rock Hill, SC. He is a SCW Certified Personal Trainer. Ice is apart of the International Youth Conditioning Association (I.Y.C.A) and he is a Youth Speed and Agility Specialist,Youth Nutrition Specialist. as well as Youth Fitness Specialist (Y.F.S). Through his experience in athletics and furthering his education, Ice has developed the skills required to make you a better athlete in whatever sport you play.

1 on 1 training session are designed to fulfill your personal goals as an athlete. Your one hour session will include a mixture of drills or an area of focus. Our 1 on 1 training sessions can also be customized to your needs and preferences.
